SPECIMEN COLLECTION

PAYMENT AND INSURANCE

Once you are called, you will need to enter your details, including any insurance information. If you are paying out of pocket and have not completed your payment online, you can make your payment at this time. We accept various payment methods to accommodate your needs.

After your specimen is collected, you will receive a text message notifying you that your results are ready. Once you receive this notification, simply proceed to LINK, enter your details, and quickly access your results.
